Code Files Description

Main_EEGDecodingTest_AlphaDecoding.m: The program for alpha decoding analysis (including high-alpha decoding and low-alpha decoding). This program needs the Matlab data file 'f8_10Hz_AUC_S1_S84.mat' or 'f10_12Hz_AUC_S1_S84.mat' for running.
Main_EEGDecodingTest_ERPDecoding.m: The program for ERP decoding analysis (0.5-6Hz). This program needs the Matlab data file 'f0.5_6Hz_AUC_S1_S84.mat' for running.

Data Files Description

remove_ICA_iclabel_EM_99confidence_formatData_pre500ms: Contains preprocessed raw EEG data (Subject 1).
EM_alldata_220920_update.xlsx: Contains all cognitive measures and eye movement measures for all subjects.
EMGroup_1_update.mat: Contains the eye movement pattern group results obtained from EMHMM.
*_AUC_S1_S84.mat: Matlab files containing the necessary data for running EEG decoding algorithms.
